Anyone know a good waffle recipe?

If you've ever eaten a waffle at chocolat bar one like that. A waffle that requires everyday ingredients. I have a waffle maker and an electric grill.

This is a good recipe, try it :)





2 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon salt


4 teaspoons baking powder


2 tablespoons white sugar


2 eggs


1 1/2 cups warm milk


1/3 cup butter, melted


1 teaspoon vanilla extract





Serves 5.





In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.


In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.


Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.

Waffles


250 g self-raising flour


2 eggs


1 tablespoon butter


1陆 tablespoons powdered milk


300 mL water


1 teaspoon vanilla





Beat eggs and water together with a stab mixer.


Sift in flour and powdered milk, and beat well.


Add melted butter and vanilla, and beat again.


Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into a well greased, heated waffle iron.


Cook until golden brown.


Serve with maple syrup and cream
