* 2 cups all-purpose flour

1. Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth.
2. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
Good recipe b/c you can keep it in he fridge for up to a week (covered). Also, can add extras like chopped fruit or chocolate chips. And can put in almond extract for a more flavorful waffle.What is the best waffle recipe?

2cups Original Bisquick庐 mix
1 1/3cups milk

3. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
Tostada Waffles
Cross the border to a new waffle! Topped with tostado fixin鈥檚, these waffles can be served morning, noon or night.
2cups Original Bisquick庐 mix
1 1/3cups milk
2tablespoons vegetable oil
1egg
1can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso庐 chopped green chiles, drained
1teaspoon chili powder
1pound lean ground beef
1envelope (1.25 ounces) Old El Paso庐 taco seasoning mix
6cups finely shredded lettuce
1cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
2medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2cups sour cream
2medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons)
1. Heat waffle iron; grease with shortening if necessary (or spray with cooking spray before heating). Stir Bisquick, milk, oil and egg in large bowl until blended. Stir in chilies and chili powder.
2. Pour about 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron. (Waffle irons vary in size; check manufacturer鈥檚 directions for recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. While waffles are baking, cook beef as directed on package of seasoning mix. Top waffles with beef and remaining ingredients.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)
Bake 5 to 6 minutes.
Whole Wheat Waffles

2. Stir ingredients until blended. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.
3. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)
