waffles

* 2 eggs

* 2 cups flour

* 1/2 cup oil or butter

* 1 3/4 cups milk

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 4 teaspoons baking powder

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat the waffle maker.

Beat the eggs with a hand beater in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.

Beat in remaining waffle recipe ingredients, just until smooth (try not to over beat).

Pour batter from a cup or pitcher onto the center of the waffle maker.

Bake about 5 minutes or until the waffle maker stops steaming.Anyone have a CLASSIC waffle recipe?
I got a Belgen waffle maker (bigger holes in the waffle) and use Bisquick mix. The waffle maker makes it all the more easier. The taste comes from what you add to the waffles: fruits, nuts, spices...make it your own!

Good Luck!
cups are normal, what do you want it in gills?
250 g flour

6 g salt

15 g baking powder

25 g white sugar

2 eggs

355 ml warm milk
