A good waffle recipe please!?

i can not use cake flour or waffle mix!A good waffle recipe please!?
This is a great recipe. The waffles are nice and fluffy.





The Best Ever Waffles





SERVES 6 -8





* 1 1/3 cups flour


* 4 teaspoons baking powder


* 1/2 teaspoon salt


* 2 teaspoons sugar


* 2 eggs, separated


* 1/2 cup butter, melted


* 1 3/4 cups milk





1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.


2. Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the dry ingredient mixture, and placing the whites in a small mixing bowl.


3. Beat whites until moderately stiff; set aside.


4. Add milk and melted butter to dry ingredient mixture and blend.


5. Fold stiff egg whites into mixture.


6. Ladle mixture into hot waffle iron and bake.A good waffle recipe please!?
My favorite waffles are cornbread waffles. Just get a box of Jiffy cornbread mix and the instructions are on there. I think it's just adding egg and milk. Sorry, it's been a while since I've made them. Give them a try though, you'll never want regular waffles again!

* 1 tablespoon white sugar


* 4 teaspoons baking powder


* 1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS





1. Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth.


2. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
