Waffle Cabin waffle recipe?

if you have ever been to a ski resort in the northeast, you have most likely had a waffle from waffle cabin. they are the most amazing things ever put on this earth. they are made from dough, not batter. they have melted sugar and chocolate on them. kind of like a mix between a donut and a waffle but amazinger. if ANYONE knows ANYTHING about the waffle cabin waffle recipe, please let me know. i cannot find it anywhere.
