I need an egg-free waffle recipe!?

Hi all, my friend recently bought a waffle-maker but she doesn't eat eggs. I was wondering if there are any recipes for waffles mixes that do not include eggs?

I don't have a recipe for this myself, but Ener-G makes a product called ';egg replacer'; that you can use in waffles or other ';baked'; goods just as if they were real eggs. It's a powder that you mix with water per directions on the box, it's shelf-stable (it doesn't go bad), and it's entirely vegan, made from vegetable starches and such.





I've used it when making things for people who don't eat eggs and it's worked quite well. Look for it in health food stores.
