Any good pancake/waffle syrup recipes?

I want to make either waffles or pancakes for breakfast tomorrow but I have NO syrup and I dont want to go to the store....Does anyone know any good syrup recipes.....Any good pancake/waffle syrup recipes?
I don't like syrup. I usually just sprinke white powder sugar on my waffles. And top with some fresh fruit. If you have frozen or fresh berries, mix in a blender with some sugar and water and blend. Then heat and use as a syrup.Any good pancake/waffle syrup recipes?
Betty Crocker has very good Pancakes/Waffles along with Syrup recipes. One of my faovrite pancakes to make when I am out of syrup is Honey Pancakes:
