i have the original mix, but no box. what is the recipe for waffles with this?Aunt jemima waffle recipe?
Light and fluffy waffles, you will need

Preheated waffle iron, lightly greased or sprayed with oil.

2 cups pancake mix

4 large eggs seperated

1 cup milk, or enough to moisten the whole thing

1/4 cup sugar

pinch salt

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Whisk egg whites until soft peaks. Set aside

In another bowl add pancake mix, sugar, salt and baking powder, whisk until everything is blended together.

Mix in egg yolks, oil and vanilla and dilute with milk and mix until it resembles cake batter. Fold in egg whites gently. Using a medium sized ladel, spoon onto heated waffle iron and spread gently not going over the edges.Cook for 5 minutes or until the light on unit (if electric) shuts off. If top is lighter than the bottom just flip the waffle and cook a little longer.

I have a box of the Aunt Jemima original mix, too. Here's what it says for waffle directions:

Heat waffle iron. Combine 2 cups Aunt Jemima mix, 1 1/2 cups water and 1/3 cup oil; stir until large lumps disappear. For best results, allow batter to rest 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops.

Makes twelve 4'; waffles.
