Anybody have a recipe for pumpkin waffles that uses waffle mix?

I've seen some that call for flour, baking powder, baking soda, can I just substitute some Aunt Jemima's for all that stuff?Anybody have a recipe for pumpkin waffles that uses waffle mix?

Pumpkin Waffles With Maple Apple Syrup





2 1/3 cups bisquick mix


1/2 cup canned pumpkin


1 1/2 cups milk


1/4 cup vegetable oil


2 tbsp. packed brown sugar


1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


2 eggs


1/4 cup chopped pecans





Maple Apple Syrup





1/2 cup maple flavoured syrup


1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate





1: Prepare Maple apple syrup keep warm.





2: Heat waffle iron and grease. Stir remaining ingredients except pecans til smooth.





3: Make your waffles and bake till waffle is golden brown. Sprinkle with pecans and serve with syrup!Anybody have a recipe for pumpkin waffles that uses waffle mix?

Sure you can...I do all the time with all types of fruits and other ingredients...You can use the pumpkin pie filling and add nutmeg or cinnamon or both....OH you can add nuts to like chopped walnuts....Yummmy.....Oh tip...this is so goooodddd! If I was you I would warm up the syrup and sprinkle some cinnamon on the pancakes when hot...That will make anybody melt...so good...I promise.......Man I am hungry!!!
PUMPKIN PANCAKES





2 c. Bisquick mix


2 tbsp. brown sugar (light)


2 tsp. cinnamon


1 1/2 c. canned milk


1 tsp. allspice


1/2 c. pumpkin


2 tbsp. vegetable oil


2 eggs


1 tsp. vanilla





Bake on hot griddle until browned.
