Homemade blueberry waffle recipe?

I'm looking for a really delicious homemade recipe that makes fluffy blueberry waffles..or even any yummy breakfast recipes that I could make for my man and I . Thanks a bunch%26lt;3 I will be giving best answer!Homemade blueberry waffle recipe?
Homemade Blueberry Waffle Recipe = Delicious :)











Ingredients:





* 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


* 2 tablespoons sugar


* 1 tablespoon baking powder


* 1teaspoon baking soda


* 3 large eggs, separated


* 2 cups reduced-fat sour cream


* 1 cup low-fat (1%) Milk


* 1/4 cup unsalted butter - melted


* 1 cup fresh washed blueberries


* 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract








Directions :


1. Preheat waffle iron





2. Into a large bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt





3. In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the egg yolks, sour cream and milk





4. Stir in the dry ingredients with the butter





5. Fold in your blueberries and vanilla





6. In another clean small bowl beat your egg whites until stiff but not dry





7. Using a wire whisk, fold into the flour mixture just until the whites disappear





8. Bake waffles according to your waffle iron directions

2 eggs separated and the whites beaten stiff


1/4 cup veggie oil or melted butter


3/4 cup milk


beat the egg yoks oil and milk together


sift


2 cups flour


2 teaspoons baking powder


1 teaspoon salt


1/3 cup sugar


Blend in the liquids into the flour. Fold in the egg whites gently but until they are all blended in with no white clumps.





put just enough waffle batter on hot iron to barely cover and close lid. cook until it quits steaming.





NOTE: add 1 cup any kind fresh berries , 1 cup any kind chips, 1 cup any kind chopped nuts, or any combination of the above. You can also add a teaspoonor two of complimentary extracts to make better dessert base.
Any waffle mix, add either frozen or fresh blueberries tossed in sugar to the mix before pouring on to the griddle. If frozen, do not defrost first.
