Pancake/waffle recipe?

Amish Pancakes





2 cups cake flour, sifted


2 teaspoons baking powder


1 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup granulated sugar


1 egg


1 cup milk


1/4 cup shortening, melted





Measure sifted flour into sifter. Add baking powder, salt and sugar.





Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk and blend. Sift dry ingredients into


mixture gradually. Add melted shortening. Beat with mixer. Bake on hot


griddle.

Pecan Pancakes








Pecan Pancakes





2 cups dry pancake mix


1/2 cup finely chopped pecans


1 teaspoons vanilla extract


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


For the oil called for in the mix, use melted butter


Water and egg as called for in the mix directions





In a small bowl, mix the nuts, spices, and extract together until the


nuts are covered with spices. Prepared the pancake mix as directed on


the package. Stir in the nut mixture, stirring no more than needed.


Cook per the directions on the package.





Butter Pecan Syrup





2 cup granulated sugar


2/3 cups water


1/3 cup dark corn syrup


4 tablespoons butter


2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1


teaspoon rum


extract


1/2 cup finely chopped pecans





Mix the sugar, water and corn syrup together in a saucepan. Bring to


a boil, stirring as needed. Add the butter, extract, and nuts and


stir.

2 cups buttermilk (can use regular milk)


2 eggs


1/4 cup oil (cooking variety)


1 3/4 cup flour


2 tbspn sugar


2 tsp baking powder


1 tsp salt


1 tsp baking soda





Mix wet ingredients first. Then add and mix the dry ingredients.





Preheat the pan to medium heat. A drop of water onto the pan should skip and roll around in a ball at the right temperature.





lightly butter the pan before each pancake. Pour in the desired amount, cook until bubbles for and nearly set, then flip over to brown the second side.

Blender Pancake recipe


1 large egg


1 cup flour + 2 tbsp


1 cup milk with 1 tbsp vinegar added


2 tbsp melted butter


1/2 tsp baking powder


1/4 tsp baking soda


Blend all ingredients and let stand 2 minutes before using.
300ml milk


2 egg whole


100gm flour plain


100gm sugar
